McCollum (Helen); his daughter-in-law Nancy (Steven); his children, Rodney J. McCollum, Katherine Buffington (Daniel), Kellie L. McCollum (Ben Krothe) and Kimberly A. Zimmerman (Dean Rhea); his stepdaughter Ramona M. Applegarth; his grandchildren, Amy L. Dumez, Kiesha Young, Tyler Dumbaugh, Samantha Yerger, Andrew Stevens, Christopher and Matthew Seip; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Dumez, Chase Young, Dalton and Wyatt Yerger.
