He is survived by: his parents, Ralston Shockley and Ethel Shockley; his wife Mary Jane Shockley of Harrisburg; his siblings, James Shockley of Coatesville, Mary Tolton of Lancaster, Gloria Thompson and Dorothy Shockley; and his children, Val Shockley of Charleston, Vinettia Keith, Teresa DeVault, Anquan DeVault, Gemetta Shockley and Justin Shockley. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
