He is survived by: his wife Rita Patackis (Babkowski); his children, Jeffrey Patackis (Shannon) of Mechanicsburg, Christopher Patackis (Bonnie) of Harleysville and Suzanne Leopold (Robert) of Lemoyne; and his grandchildren, Ella, Brady, Connor, Cameron and Reid.
