He is survived by: his wife Erline Charles; his children, Joan Joseph, Kim Charles, Pat Charles, Ian Charles and Ronald Charles; and his grandchildren, Reuben Millington, Joel Millington, Rafael Millington, Terrian Charles, Iyanie Charles, Ronald Charles Jr., Naomi Charles, Tatyana Rouff, Jaden Smith and Nasir Maldonado. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wallace Funeral Directors Inc. (106 Agnes St, Harrisburg, PA 17104). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
