Cook of Lancaster, PA; his foster sister Geraldine Sheppard of Harrisburg; and his aunts, Maggie Washington (James) of Washington, D. C. and Sylvia Washington (Bradley) of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
