He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henderson and Delores Henderson; and his siblings, James, Denzel, Donald Henderson and Robert Banks.
He is survived by: his wife Celestine; his children, Leslie, Marguerite, Richard Jr. Henderson (Shireena) and Treena Johnson (Aaron); and his siblings, Jovet, Leroy, Joan, Linda, Marty, Brandt Henderson, Roberta and Jeffrey Ford. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
