He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Manley and Mabel Clark Manley; and his sister Nola Jean Manley. He is survived by: his children, Norman Manley of Palm Coast, FL, Tina Schulz of Rockton, IL, Karen Wasielewski, Milddletown, Tracie Tucker and Birdsboro. He is also survived by 7 grandsons; and 11 great-grandchildren.
