It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard W. Timothy (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Timothy and Julia Florine Timothy (Brandt); his half-sister Virginia Walter; and his niece Vickie Houck Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Eileen C. Timothy (Houck); his son Keith R. Timothy of Harrisburg; his half-siblings, David Timothy of Duncannon, Judy Brauchy of The Villages, Ruth Timothy of Camp Hill and Deb Lehman of Etters; and his pet Buffy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Church (6003 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Behind the Administration Building. The military honors will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
