He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C., Sr. and La Goldia Bitner (Stiver). He is survived by: his wife Anna J. Bitner (Bortot); his sons, Robert E. (Mindy) and Gregory S. (Paula); and his stepgranddaughter Jackie Erdman.
