He is survived by: his wife Lucia M. Bowman; his children, Jammar Williams (Jonathan) of Richmond, VA, Ashanteè Bowman of Greensboro, NC, Travis Bowman of Rochester, NY and Nicole Hall (Darnell) of South Carolina; his stepson Jerome Carelock (Cheri) of Vacaville, CA.; his sisters, Saundra Spriggs (Joe Bell) of Harrisburg, PA and Dolores Harvey of Harrisburg, PA; his mother-in-law Wydantha Bumbrey (Lawrence); his son Brian Davis of Steelton, PA; his godson Bobatu Johnson; his uncle Ronald "Boomie" Yates (Shirley); and his aunts, Shirley Baltimore Carter and Barbara Baltimore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
