He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lane and Ruth Lane; and his siblings, Francis, Lillian, William and David.
He is survived by: his wife Jenine Lane (Chubb); his son George (Diane); and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Brandon, Stephen, Michael (Lois), David, Jonathan, Emily and Jacob. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
