He is survived by: his parent Josephine Hipple (Weaver); his wife Anna; his children, Anna Franklin (Scott) of Marysville, Harrison (Cheryl) of Shippensburg and Deborah Borden of Enola; and his brothers, Percy of New Bloomfield, George of Redding, CA, Ronald of Tunnel Hill, GA, Gregory of Guam and Richard of Carlisle.
