He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Linhart and Helen Linhart (Fritz); and his wife Nancy Linhart (MacBeth). He is survived by: his daughters, Amy S. Fox of Harrisburg and Rhonda L. Martin (Ronald) of North Wales, PA; his grandchildren, Jennah Fox Bordner, Molly Fox, Kyle Martin and Craig Martin; and his brother Sam Linhart.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the PA Wounded Warriors, Inc., 1117 Country Club Road, Camp Hill PA 17011.
