With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth G. Osterburg (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Hershey, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph L., Sr.; her husbands, Boris G. Popoff and Karl Osterburg; her stepchildren, Linda Seman and Karl Osterburg, Jr.; and her brothers, Harold Jr., Clayton Jr., Franklin Jr. and Joseph, Jr..

She is survived by: her parent Sara Graybill (Shaffer); her son-in-law John A. Seman; her stepgrandchildren, John K. Seman and Mary Ann Kweeder; and her nieces, Marianne Russell, Amanda Russell and Katie Russell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Make A Wish Foundation or her church.
