Shirley Ann Haak Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Ann Haak of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Ann Haak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Bivens and Viola Smith Bivens; and her siblings, Carol Lentvorsky, James Smith and Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her husband David S. Haak; her daughters, Judy Hays (Jim) and Sandra Goodwin (William); and her granddaughters, Jessica Sibbett (Jeff), Jaclyn Cooper (Steve), Kristen Blair (Mike) and Cassandra Patus (Jared). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. (226 Cumberland St, Lebanon, PA 17042). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery (235 Maple St, Lebanon, PA 17046).
