He is survived by: his wife April Denise Williams; his children, Tasha Dickey of Harrisburg, PA, Tracy Williams Jr. (Hieu Truong) of Baltimore, MD, Ginger Williams of Owings Mills, MD, Tiffany Williams of Harrisburg and Taeyanna Williams of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Lisette Dickey of Harrisburg, Jabari Stoner, Layla Stoner of Steelton, PA and Vu Coalhouse Truong-Williams of Baltimore; his stepchildren, Tyree Carswell and Ronice Carswell; and his sister-in-law Wanda Carswell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
