She was predeceased by: her sister Patti Goodhart. She is survived by: her parents, James Rowan and Alma Maxine Rowan; her husband Charles E. Fessler III; her daughter Laura Sersch; her stepson Charles E. Fessler IV; her grandchildren, Liam Wooten, Tyler Wooten and Gracelyn Fessler; and her sisters, Lori Taylor (David) and Jami Porter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
