Virginia Toomey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Toomey (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Delmont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles George, Sr. and Luella Irene Kemerer Newhouse; her husband William O. Toomey; her son William C. Toomey; and her sister Mary Lou Filson.
She is survived by: her son Steven K; her daughters-in-law, Debbie L. Toomey of Harrisburg and Ellen Stover Toomey of Lebanon; her siblings, Charles G. "Skip" Newhouse, Jr. (Francis) of Myerstown, Larry P. "Butch" Newhouse (Wanda L.) of Harrisburg, Nancy M. Gerber of Annville and Lucy I. Russ of Highspire; her grandchildren, Cara E. Toomey, Shanice A. Toomey and Shane R. Toomey; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Cheyanne, Mason and Ryder. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
