He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Onufrak and Amelia Rusiniak Onufrak; and his siblings, Michael, Joseph, Mildred Wanas and Elizabeth Micklick.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Koval Onufrak; his children, Walter Onufrak, Jr. (Butch), Brenda Onufrak Golob of Harrisburg and Glori Onufrak (Jorge Alejandrez) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, John Ryan Golob, Dylan Onufrak and Shelby Golob; and his great grandchildren, Jayden David Rutledge and Lyza Jo Harley Golob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
