He is survived by: his wife Ava Fields (Fernsler); his daughters, Amber and Andrea Fields; his grandsons, Jayant Bullet and Mason Fields; his siblings, Janet Fields Caldwell and Kenneth B. (Carolyn Fields); his stepchildren, Tara Keller, Nick Labarre and Jacquelyn Fernsler; and his cousins, Tonja Jackson and Marvin Palmer Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
