He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Welch (Antoniak). He is survived by: his wife Connie Welch (Whisner); his children, Audrey Ewing-Prout, Carrie Richardson, Melinda Hacker (Rick) and Randy "Skip" H. Welch (Lisa Keaton); and his grandchildren, Allison, Brianna, Lauren, Mathias and Noelle.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jeannette Assembly of God Church (246 Pleasant Valley Rd, Jeannette, PA 15644).
