He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Slivka and Nora M. Slivka (Bonato). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Johnson (Jay) and Tammy Slater (George); his grandchildren, Billy Siefert, Logan and Kira Wright; and his sisters, Diana Ropelewski (Stephen) and Joanne Jenings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
