We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2020, at the age of 84, Joyce E. Shoff Palmquist (Harrison City, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mortland and Laura Helen Mortland (Temple); her former husband Charles Shoff; and her husband Raymond Palmquist. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Shoff (Roberta) of Irwin, Jim Shoff (Cindy) of North Versailles and Mary Beth Atwood (Tim) of Harrison City; her grandchildren, Nicole (Jay), Nathan (Jill), Brandon Chris (Ramie), Natalie, Anthony Chelsea (Adam), Sydney, Siarra, Vincent and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Tallulah, Emerson and Kinsey; and her brother Richard Mortland (Priscilla).
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to The Big Brothers and Big Sisters Laurel Region 106 North Main Street Greensburg PA 15601.
