He is survived by : his wife Betty Jane McCullough (Sampson); his children, Cinde Evans (Ron), Mark McCullough (Heather) and Steve McCullough (Christina); his grandchildren, Jennifer Love, Jessica Morgan (Trinity), Kyle McCullough (Meghan), Marc John McCullough, Tim Evans (Lindsey), Rick Evans, Alex McCullough and Noah McCullough; and his brothers, Peg Clark, Jean Seale and Sam McCullough. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters.

Face masks and social distancing will be required.
