She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Galvin and Anna D. Galvin; and her brother William Galvin. She is survived by: her sister Kathleen Van Osten (late James F.); her sibling's children, Jimmy Van Osten and Kristin Hence (Rob); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen, Kayley and Paige.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines observed.
