We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Richard Higgins of Hatboro, Pennsylvania, born in Norristown, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Thalia; and his brothers, Daniel and Omar. He is survived by: his wife Romayne Higgins (Haber); his sons, Richard L. Higgins Jr. (April) and Ryan J. Higgins; his grandchildren, Manny, Hailey, Richard I Higgins III and Oliver Higgins; his siblings, Claude (Doris), George (Brenda), Marta (Bruce), John (Patti) and Joe (Cindy); and his brother-in-law Ray Haber (Donna). He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Due to current COVID restrictions the family is planning a celebration of life at a later date.
