She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Higgins; her daughter Ruth E. Miller (late Skeets); her granddaughter Cheryl Miller; and her great grandchild Justin Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia E. John; her grandchildren, Tim John III (Ed Albright), Tammy John-van Steenburgh (Jason), Jeff Miller (Renee) and Wendy Spadacci (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Sasha, Talya van Steenburgh, Ryan, Emily Miller, Zachary, Christopher and Matthew Spadacci. She is also survived by friends and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
