William J. Smart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William J. Smart (Hatboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 26, 2019 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Seton Smart (McDermott); his children, Carolyn Farrington (Mark), Bill, Jr. (Meghan), Stephanie Chesla (Mike), Danny, Tommy (Meghan), Katie Mazmanian (Greg) and Katie McGee; his grandchildren, Maddy Farrington, Ryan, Charlie and Dylan Smart; his siblings, Lori Abel (Denis), Linda Warnock (Anthony), Joseph Smart (Marian) and John Smart (Gina); his parents, Joseph and Diane; his sister Karen; and his son Brian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Bill was passionate about organ donation, and when his cancer treatments made him unable to be an organ donor, chose to donate his body to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Humanity Gifts Registry for medical research.
