He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Dorothy Eckard (Hilbert); his children, Kathleen Novak (Joseph), Karen Mortka (Edward), Janine Bailey (Mark), Richard C, III (Shiew-May) and Robert Frank; his grandchildren, Brendan, Matthew, Kathryn, Andrew, Sara, Miles and Griffin; and his sisters, Carol Betz of New Hope, PA and Matilda Beatty of Philadelphia, PA.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 19th 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (1601 Derstine Rd, Hatfield, PA 19440). A mass of christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 19th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A mass of Christian burial will be offered in accordance with social distancing requirements and the wearing of masks at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, 19440 on Tues. Jan. 19, at 11:00AM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church would be greatly appreciated.
