Kish, Kathleen Fox, Michelle Kish and Valerie Knorr; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Polukis, Natalie Kish, Olivia Knorr, Julia Knorr, Patrick Knorr, Katelyn Fox and Ashton Fox.
