He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irmgard Hoelder Wintner and Aurel Wintner; his wife Martha Hollis Calhoun of Swarthmore; his sons, Edward Aurel (Jennifer) and Thomas Hoelder (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Anya, Sasha, Virgil and Emily Anne.
