It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvira M. Howe (Hawk Run, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 25, 2014, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elvira M. Howe to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry E. Harris and Adelaide V. Harris (Mears); her husband Charles P. Howe; her great grandchild Luke Howe; and her siblings, Mary Louise Wilson and Frederick "Fred" Harris.

She is survived by : her children, Suzanne L. Askey of Hawk Run, PA, Harry W. Howe (Marian) of Erie, James P. Howe (Loretta) of Kylertown, PA, Charles F. Howe (Joan) of Hawk Run, PA and Patrick W. Howe (Ruth Ann) of Elizabethtown, PA. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; one step-grandchild; twenty-six great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
