He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Snyder and Mildred Snyder (Floyd); his grandparents, William and Minnie Snyder; his half-brother Leon Baker; his wife Betty Jane "Betsy" Weber; his children, Bill Snyder (Jennifer) of Inman, SC, Laurie Gavitt-Smith (Al Smith) of Frederick, MD and Chad Gavitt (Tim Zeis) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Morgan, Mason, Spencer, Colin, Austin and Emma; and his nephew Robert Baker (Debra).
