He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabatino Forte and Josephine Forte (Falasca). He is survived by: his wife Joan Forte (Boland); his son Thomas; his daughter-in-law Karen Forte; his daughters, Donna Forte and Gina Forte; and his sister Louise Jewels of Tamaqua, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
