She is survived by: her pet Bentley; her children, Carol Kotansky of Hazle Township, Robert Kotansky, Jr. of Hazle Township and Guy Kotansky of Hazleton; her grandchildren, Kyle, Robert III, Michael, Barry, Nathan, Brandon and Kalie; her great grandchildren, Madison and Rose; and her siblings, Judy Krouse, Marian Ayre and Harold Thrash. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
