He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie C. and Maria C.; his sisters, Frosha and Olena; his grandchildren, Rebecca O'Brien, Meredith Stackhouse, Thomas Stackhouse, Jenna Cislak and Andrew DeLuca; and his great grandchildren, James O'Brien and Jack O'Brien.
