She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Cabak and Mary (Suprich); her daughter Cynthia A. Kugler; and her siblings, Michael, Andrew, George, Stephen, Betty Anthony and Margaret Zettlemoyer.
She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Mish, Sr.; her son Edward M. Mish, Jr. of New Tripoli; her grandchildren, Kristin L. Kugler Holohan (Brian), Alexa Mish Trimble (Jeremy) and Andrew Mish; and her great grandchild Tyler Holohan.
