She was predeceased by: her spouse Blake C. Heffner; her parents, Uriel Hay and Emilie Hay (Fleischman); and her daughter Brenda L. Mattis. She is survived by: her son Blake R. Heffner (Sharon) of Williams Twp; her granddaughters, Dr. Rachel Heffner-Burns (Ryan Burns), Hannah Heffner (Sam Toggas) and Rebecca DiTroia (John); and her great grandchildren, Juliana, Ava, Ryker Ditroia, Henry and Noah Burns.
