She was predeceased by: her husband William Yateshin; her parents, Martin Balas and Helen Balas (Spak); and her siblings, Daniel Balas, Mary Ercolani and Martin Balas.

She is survived by: her daughter Diane (Mark Guadagna); and her grandsons, Adam Lavin and Jeffrey Lavin (Angela Swavely).
