With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emil Gecsek of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emil Gecsek to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip C. Gyecsek and Frances Gyecsek (Doncsecz); his granddaughter Heather Anne Gecsek; and his siblings, Frank, Joseph, Dr. Edward Gecsek, Helen Kovacs, Theresa Washitza, Mary Balog and Betty DeSort.
He is survived by: his wife Rena J. (Ziegler); his children, Philip C. (Martha S.) of Bethlehem Township, Donna M. Gecsek of Hellertown and Regina E. McCormick of Hellertown; and his grandchildren, Sawyer Megan McCormick of Hellertown and Cullen Thomas McCormick of Savannah Georgia.
