He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roy Haupt. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Haupt of Hellertown and Tracy Jurinko of Bethlehem; his son Ricky; his siblings, Nichole Haupt, Zakary Jurinko, Michael Haupt and Jesse Haupt; and his grandparents, Stephen Jurinko of Florida, Kristen Doddy of Easton and Sharon Haupt of Littitz. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
