He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ruth Held (Callery); and his parents, Charles Dell and Patricia Dell (Lukow). He is survived by: his sons, Bret Miller (Wanda) of Coplay, Joseph E. Held (Megan), Michael F. Held of Allentown and Daniel C. Held (Kimberly) of Macungie; and his brother Charles Dell of Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
