He was predeceased by: his spouse Althea M. Ney (Swauger); his parent Harry Ney; his brothers, Paul and Harry; and his sister-in-law Dot.
He is survived by: his parent Catharine Ney (Reinhart); his children, David Ney and Cathy Stech; his grandchildren, Monica, Alicia, Jim, Steve and Annie; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Nolan and Matthew.
