She was predeceased by: her spouse Stephen Chajko; and her siblings, Marlene Sivak, Stada Rehrig and Wayne Baatz. She is survived by: her children, Michael Fazio (Maria Agnes) of Chicago, IL and Nadine M. Pavlinsky (Wayne) of Bethlehem; and her stepson David S. Chajko (Terri). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandsons.
