He is survived by: his parents, Jim (Laurie Deschler) of Hereford and Natalie Joan Franco (Sell) of Hellertown; his grandparents, James Franco, Sr. of Johnstown and Joan Sell of Hellertown; his sister Melissa Franco; and his niece Tiffany Franco.
