She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Kokolus; her parents, John Gavlick and Victoria Gavlick (Romanic); and her siblings, Mamie Yadush, Michael Gavlick and Jeanette Pavolko.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia L. Kronman (Steven) of Sparta, NJ, Janet L. Martin of Venice, FL, John P. Kokolus (Deby), Marie A. Fischbach (James) of Little Falls, NJ, Michael S. Kokolus (Maureen) of Summerville, SC and Barbara J. Kolor (Tom) of Clarence Center, NY. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
