He was predeceased by: his wife Marion L. Hoffman (Spohn); his parents, Victor H. Hoffman and Emma D. Hoffman (Grammes); his children, Amy Pysher (Paul) of Bath, Frank J. Hoffman (Rose Marie) of Slatington and Melissa Haydt (Kerry) of Walnutport; his stepson Craig Jones (Gisele) of Quakertown; his siblings, Harold Hoffman of Kunkletown, Helen Serfass of Delaware and Ella Kunkle of Arizona; his former wife Rosemarie Anthony of Slatington; and his siblings, Herman, Warren, Clifford, Ernest, Richard, Miriam, Emma, Stella, Josephine and Margaret.
