He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jean L. Silva (Cataneo); his parents, George Silva and Beatrice Silva (Falcioni); his children, Valerie Bitzer (Jeff) of Monroe, NY and Richard V. Silva (Abby) of Elk Grove, CA; his brother Don Silva (Ann) of Maricopa, AZ; his grandchildren, Daniel, Christina, Tyler, Claire, Gabrielle and Gianna; and his friend Maureen Gwynne-Silva.
