He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Katie E. Baldwin; and his siblings, Virginia E. Bodder, James A. and Henry E. Heil. He is survived by: his children, Robert H. Heil, Jr. (Jo-Ann) of Dover, Lower Saucon Twp of Dover and Rebecca J. Baldwin (Stephen) of Dover; and his sister Elaine Fillman of Oreland.
