He is survived by: his spouse Kim C. Levan (Predix); his children, Cassandra A. Fotta of Hellertown and Christopher R. Levan (Ashley) of Hellertown; his significant other Star; his siblings, Roy of Allentown, Mark (Marlene) of Easton, Cindy Beltz of Whitehall, Scott (Mary Ann) of Allentown and Brian (Chris) of Whitehall; and his grandchildren, Tyler Fotta, Bella Strunk, Jensen Levan and Caleb Levan.
